Brampton also held general manager posi- tions at Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, Brisbane Marriott hotel and the Stamford Plaza. Before joining Marriott International, he spent 15 years with the southern Pacific Hotel Group. Paul Gaspa has been appointed executive chef at The Westin Perth. Wth an outstanding career in the hospitality industry spanning over 15 years, gaspa has worked at iconic properties including the Michelin starred Con- rad hotel Tokyo, the seven-star Burj Al Arab, Crown Hotels, Drones of Pont Street , Belair House, St Martin’s Lane House, and The Lanesbor- ough Hotel. Gaspa brings extensive skills and expertise to hotel, where he plans to reinvigorate the dining expe- rience with his twist on modern, fresh and local produce.
